Refund policy

Topford has not published a general refund guarantee on this page. A fee is due only when a programme or the application settings show an amount, and that charge is recorded in Fees & Payments.

Ask the Secretariat, in writing, for the refund terms that apply to a programme before you pay. This page does not create a refund right.
